Young Athlete Training
Our TRX certified trainers will build up your power, endurance, core stability, speed, agility and strength with TRX based workouts for sports conditioning. Our team sports conditioning program is based on TRX workouts designed by Todd Durkin, the sports trainer to dozens of elite NFL, MLB and professional athletes including LaDainian Tomlinson, Drew Brees, Donnie Edwards and Quentin Jammer.
