In this video, golf fitness trainer Sean Cochran, whose clients include PGA golfer Phil Mickelson, teams up with inventor of the TRX Rip Trainer Pete Holman to show you how to use the Rip Trainer to develop a faster, stronger and longer drive.

Together, they demonstrate a Rip Training exercise designed to improve rotational force generation, speed, power, mobility and strength for a better golf swing. Cochran calls this move Rip Trainer Impacts. It forces your upper body and arms to work as a unit for a proper golf swing and will help you hit the ball farther.
