I hold my certification as a holistic health coach, through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’ve had the opportunity to work with renowned leaders in this industry from Deepak Choopra, Sally Falon, Andrew Weil, and Barry Sears.
Health Coaching is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition. It involves taking a deep look into the foods, thoughts, and lifestyle choices that either nourish or deplete your health and well-being.
My intention is to support others in achieving optimal health, and to encourage each individual to find an integral, healthy, and dynamic relationship to themselves and the world around them. I practice a holistic approach to nutrition, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

People are confused about what they should eat and what they should feed their families. Should they eat protein and reduce carbs? Should they avoid milk? Is the Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet, Paleo or The Zone the way to lose weight? The reason there is so much confusion is because even the experts in this field disagree. But, I know that no two people are alike. The way to achieve success in reaching any health goal is to remember that, “Changes do not have to be radical to be profound.” Every person has different goals and each person is biologically and culturally different. What works for you will be different than what will work for someone else.
The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has their own nutritional needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets don’t work in the long run. We look at your age, health, activity level, blood

During our initial consultation we will discuss your unique situation in depth. Topics covered will be your life goals,
current diet health history, relationship concerns, career, current stress level and other issues that influence your life satisfaction. These issues will all be incorporated into your personal program. During each session, you will receive valuable recommendations and information to assist you in building your life and reaching your goals. Each coaching session builds on the last. We will go over progress made in between sessions so that we can consistently fine tune the program to your needs and enhance the progress you make. Success is not measured by what you have, but how well you have lived. My intention is to help others get to this place of health…to this place of success.
