Our TRX certified trainers will build up your power, endurance, core stability, speed, agility and strength with TRX based workouts for sports conditioning. Components of our team sports conditioning programs are based on TRX workouts designed by Todd Durkin, the sports trainer to dozens of elite NFL, MLB and professional athletes including LaDainian Tomlinson, Drew Brees, Donnie Edwards and Quentin Jammer.
In addition to strength & conditioning, our program focuses on joint integrity & core strength. Joint integrity & core strength are great to focus on both in season and off season to prevent injuries & improve fundamental athletic performance. TRX is an excellent strength tool to use in season because it is resistance training but it’s not hard on the joints.
TRX is great for young athletes because athletes must first learn to coordinate their bodyweight. TRX allows for resistance training, but it’s body weight resistance training, so we’re not loading heavy weights on our young athletes and putting them in situations that are likely to injure them. TRX greatly improves core strength & stability, providing a great foundation for all athletic movements. It’s a simple exercise program to start, yet hard to do, so you see great results with
kids, young athletes & adults alike.
